Rulings

• If you choose to play a card from your opponent’s discard pile, they’ll know which card you played.
• If both players have permission to play from each others’ discard piles (perhaps they both played karmic-justice last turn), secretly commit to your decisions at the same time, then reveal them. You can do this by noting your choices on paper, by picking up each others’ discard pils and choosing cards face down, or by some other mutually agreeable method.
• If both players have permission to play from the same discard pile (perhaps one player played karmic-justice and the other player has recycle installed), the owner of that discard pile makes their decision first.
